Notting Hill is located to the west of London near Hyde Park.  It is an affluent and fashionable area of the city. The community was the location for the 1999 Hollywood movie entitled "Notting Hill" which starred Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant.

There are a number of fine hotels in Notting Hill.

If you are planning to stay in London for a few days or weeks, it can be more cost effective to rent a fully serviced apartment rather than to stay at a hotel
